Salon Policies

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to check in and settle in. We always perform the full service and never shorten it. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may ask you to wait if another appointment is already booked, or we may need to reschedule.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service. This charge may be applied to the card on file or collected from the non-refundable deposit.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your service total. It is forfeited if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, do not show up, or reschedule without adequate notice.

All salon, spa, and boutique sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 3 days and we will redo or adjust it at no charge. Boutique items are final sale; personal-care items, opened cosmetics, hair accessories, and earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Clients must be 18 or older with a valid ID. A complimentary consultation is required; a patch test may be performed when indicated. A non-refundable deposit is due at booking. Results vary by skin type, aftercare, and lifestyle, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. The initial price includes one complimentary touch-up within 6 to 8 weeks; touch-ups outside that window are priced separately. Aftercare instructions must be followed exactly; noncompliance voids the complimentary touch-up. Prior permanent makeup, tattoo removal, or heavy scarring must be disclosed and may require photo review before booking. We use single-use sterile needles and dispose of materials according to Illinois Department of Public Health body-art standards.

Our services are performed by Illinois-licensed cosmetologists, estheticians, and trained brow artists. Tools and stations are sanitized according to Illinois Department of Public Health and Illinois Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, Hair Braiding and Nail Technology Act guidelines. Please reschedule if you are unwell or have a contagious skin or scalp condition.

Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian present and provide consent for salon services. Permanent makeup services are not performed on minors under any circumstances.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Gratuity is not included and is appreciated at your discretion. Listed prices are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, density, service time, and product used. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They hold no cash value beyond the face amount. In accordance with Illinois gift-card law, most gift certificates do not expire. Promotions are valid only during the stated period and cannot be applied retroactively.

The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. We maintain a respectful, safe environment for clients and staff; harassment or disruptive behavior will result in refusal of service.

Your contact information is used only for appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional salon updates. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time. We do not sell or share your information.

Before-and-after photos are taken only with your explicit consent. Images are used for internal reference, portfolio, or marketing only when permission is granted.
