Microblading creates individual hair strokes for a natural, fluffy look. Powder brows use a soft shading technique that looks like filled-in makeup. Oily or mature skin often suits powder brows better, while microblading is ideal for normal to dry skin wanting the most realistic hair strokes.

Plan for 2 to 2.5 hours. This includes a detailed consultation, brow mapping and measuring, numbing time, pigment selection, the microblading procedure, and a review of aftercare instructions. The actual tattooing time is about 45 to 60 minutes.

Most clients describe the sensation as light scratching or mild pressure, not sharp pain. We apply a strong topical numbing cream before and during the procedure to keep you comfortable. Sensitivity varies, but the majority find it very manageable.
